This week’s sale is in a lovely home, in the Magnolia Gardens area 

of Brazoria. The address is 227 Camellia. The sale will be on 

September 7-8, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. There is plenty 

of parking on the street, but do NOT impede the traffic flow, 

please. Don’t block driveways. 

 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, on Friday morning, and 

we’ll start calling the first names in, around 9:45.

 

There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS, please.

 

There will be no large purses/handbags, back packs, “diaper” bags, etc., 

allowed in the sale area, or these will be subject to search.

 

We accept credit cards, cash, and approved local checks. Our returned 

check fee is $60. If you think that’s waaaaay too much, write your bad 

checks somewhere else, please.

 

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, or pack mules, 

for your large or bulky purchases. You need to make arrangements 

to have your items moved. Everything MUST be picked up by 2:00 

on Saturday, there will be no one to meet you at a later time.
