Sale Guidelines
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
To ensure the enjoyment of everyone, and in fairness to all, we have the following guidelines in-place.
1. PARKING IS LIMITED. No parking on-site. Parking will be on the street. You will have to walk on-site. The sale will be held inside of one main building with some items outside. Wear comfortable shoes! Parking on-site will be limited to those loading large purchases.
2. Admission is on a "first-come, first-served" basis. You may line-up on the morning of the sale in front of the gate on the property. We will admit approximately 50 persons or so to start and add people as capacity allows and others leave. A list will be posted by us for sign-ups on Friday morning at approxmately 8:00am. This is a residential neighborhood. NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
3. Sale Terms: Net Cash. Credit cards will be accepted on larger purchases at our discretion. No checks accepted.
4. All Sales are final. Items are sold "as-is" with all faults and without warranty as to provenance, condition or suitability. No refunds or exchanges.
5. This is a tag sale - Not an auction. All items will be sold onsite. There is no online auction. No items will be held. It is first-come, first-served. No exceptions.
6. Please bring your own shopping bags and boxes. All items must be removed from the garage upon purchase. (Arrangements may be made to move some larger, heavy items on Sunday. Moving is the sole responsibility of the buyer.)
7. Note that this was a working garage facility. Enter at your own risk. All attendees agree to hold Charvet Classic Cars, the Howell estate and their agents harmless in the event of any accident, damage or injury on-site.
8. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and may ask disruptive persons to leave the premises.
Remember: "Old cars and memorabilia are supposed to be FUN!"
All persons entering the premises agree to be bound by these terms of sale, whether read by them or not.
