This week’s sale is in a nice home in Lake Jackson. The address is 119 Basswood. Basswood is the street 

beside the Valero, on Hwy 332, near the Buccee’s. Please park carefully, don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, 
or the streets. Allow enouigh room for large city vehicles to get through. Do NOT park up on curbs, 
or in anyone’s grass.
 
The sale will be Friday and Saturday, September 21-22, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The weather 
forecasters  are showing the week to be pretty sunny, with chances of showers on Friday and Saturday. 
If the weather conditions truly go to yuck, we’ll reschedule the sale for the next weekend. As it looks 
right now, we’re pretty much a go for the scheduled days.
 
There will be NO large purses, shopping bags, back packs, etc. allowed in the sale areas. If you insist 
on hauling your bottomless bags in, be aware that they are subject to search. 
 
Please be aware that Estate Liquidators does NOT provide muscle or pack animals for your large 
purchases. We value the health of our employees, so you’ll need to make arrangements to have 
your purchases toted. Please.
 
We do accept payments by credit card, cash, and approved Brazoria County checks. Our returned 
check charge is $60. Think that’s too much ? Go elsewhaere to write your bad checks…. If you are 
a reseller, please make sure we have a copy of your tyax ID number, or you’ll pay sales tax. We do 
charge sales tax, we’re a business, not your Granny’s garage sale.
