A 10% Buyer's Premium and sales tax will be added to the final bid price.
Sales tax (7.5%) will be collected unless you provide a copy of your tax resale certificate.

WHY INSPECT? All items will be sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantees or warranties. We strongly encourage all bidders to inspect all potential purchases.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given. No returns will be accepted.
No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects, or imperfections not noted. You, the purchaser are responsible for inspecting the items in person before you bid.

By registering for this auction you are agreeing to a legal contract between the auctioneer and buyer.

By bidding in this auction you, the buyer, agree to and accept all the terms and conditions of this auction including the following:

There are no warranties expressed or implied
There is no warranty of merchantability
There is no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
Buyer accepts responsibility for:
A) Any & all liability for loss or damages of any kind resulting from the use of any item purchased,
B) Inspecting purchases before bidding and before use to determine fitness for any purpose,
C) The absence, partially or entirely, of owners/operators instructions and any loss resulting there from or caused thereby
We do not allow bid cancellations or bid retractions. Do not register and bid if you are not prepared to purchase and pick up on the designated dates.

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND. Bids entered within the final 3 minutes of the auction will extend the bidding by 5 minutes for that item.

Winning invoices (including 10% Buyer's Premium and sales tax) will be emailed.

Pick-up: We will not have staff or boxes available to help you load items. Please plan accordingly! Please email any questions, to jtrousdale1203@gmail.com. Shipping is not available for this sale. Also, please bring your own packing materials. Bring your invoice and ID as proof of winning bid. All items not picked up will be resold at a later date and buyer will be banned from future auctions.

By placing bids for items offered in this auction I agree to the following:

I, the buyer, understand the terms of the auction including pickup and payment dates and timelines, and agree that I have placed bids with the intent of abiding by the auctions set terms and conditions.

I, the buyer, have been given the opportunity to inspect the items in person and understand the auction company is selling the items in AS IS, WHERE IS, condition.

I, the buyer, agree that the auction company is not responsible for handling, moving or storing the items I have purchased and that I risk the chance of those items being stolen or damaged if left behind.

I, the buyer, fully understand the terms and conditions of the auction and hereby agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of this auction or I will not place bids with this auction website.
