Out of area or out of state buyers: An item will be considered abandoned if the buyer is contacted by Countryside Auctioneers & Realty Staff or a message is left and you do not respond to us with payment/pickup information within 48 hours. Countryside Auctioneers & Realty reserves the right to resell abandoned items and retain all sales proceeds as payment for accumulated, unpaid storage and handling.
