POSSESSION: The successful bidder shall take possession of the buildings only after payment in full has been made. The structures must be removed NO LATER than May 15th, 2019

***NOTE*** Once the buyer begins the process of removal, ALL materials except foundation must be removed within 30 days including any and all debris from the removal process. Any buildings or materials left after the 30 day removal period stated, or later than May 15th, 2019 will be forfeit and disposed of.

SALES TAX: Idaho State Sales Tax will be collected at time of payment in the amount of 6% of the final purchase price for in-state buyers. Out of state buyers will be required to fill out and sign an Idaho State Sales Tax Exemption Form
