SALES TAX: Idaho State Sales Tax will be collected at time of payment in the amount of 6% of the final purchase price for in-state buyers. Out of state buyers will be required to fill out and sign an Idaho State Sales Tax Exemption Form

Each potential bidder shall be liable for any property damage and/ or personal injuries (including death) caused by or arising from any such inspection or investigations by them or their agents or consultants.
