Because this sale is filled with many small and many fragile items Angle Estate Sales will provide you with one of our "Shopping Bags" to hold your purchases prior to payment. We provide plastic bags to take your purchases home. If you choose to bring a large purse or your own shopping bag, please be advised that we may ask to look into your bag. Large Handbags can be dangerous when combined with a crowded sale and vintage breakable items, remember we have a "YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT" policy. When attending our sales please be aware of our other ESTATE SALE POLICIES: PLEASE PARK RESPONSIVELY, this is a nice community with lovely neighbors let's be respectful and safe. Do Not block Traffic or Driveways, or other Cars and do not drive on lawns or sidewalks. Be aware that we will NOT open our sales before 9am, We have no "worms" for Early Birds No discounts on the first day of sale, 25% off Saturday 9-Noon. 50% Off 12-2 We reserve the right to limit items included in the 25-50% off sale. We are not equipped with tools or manpower to help you load your purchases.If you buy a large or heavy treasure, bring the muscle with you for extra help. We do not deliver items. You are responsible for any damage caused to home or grounds while moving your purchases so please use care.. Payments: Cash! Debit or Credit Cards with a purchases over $25.00. We Cannot accept Checks. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. And no Returns. Be careful, if you break it, you must buy it, so watch your little ones and a swinging handbag No Food, Drink, Animals, Strollers or Smoking inside home. You are at your own risk on property and grounds. We reserve the right to limit traffic and to remove person(s) from inside the home. Restrooms are NOT available. |
