Sign up sheet is available Thursday afternoon: first 25 customers are allowed in when doors open.GATED communities NOTE; AS OF SEPTEMBER Trial basis - call the gate call in line for password AND sign up OR - sign up sheet is available day of sale. Additional customers are allowed in as people leave. We do not allow large bags or purses into the home. Bring your own muscle and tools. Staff is not allowed to assist in moving or carrying items. We just found out that the gates will not open until 9:00 call the gate call in line 239-989-6284 for the sign up sheet. Leave all names of persons in your party Sale will open at 9:15 a.m. Our star attraction for this is marvelous artwork by renowned artist Ben Vines, Jr. We have original work as well as prints, cards, etc. We have numerous sizes and subject matter. Some framed. Artists – WE HAVE SUPPLIES! Easels, mats, frames, show set up materials and more. All artwork is priced to sell, own his work at a fraction of show or gallery pricing. Home furnishings – family room, king brass bed and bedroom dresser/chest/nightstands. Round kitchen dining set. Office desks and more artist supplies. Housewares galore! Décor items too. Large flat screen TV, and bedroom flat screen too. Antique Hall bench, vintage large presentation easel. Costume jewelry!! Really fun pieces. Some “artsy” pieces. Women’s clothing – Chicos – size 0-2, plus Talbots and more. Outdoor! – DUAL KAYAKS PACKAGE: all you need: Thule cargo box, Carbonlite 2000 kayak, Skylark kayak, Swift paddles for both kayaks, dual Rack & Roll kayak trailer, dolly cart, ALL IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. Plus, all the gear and accessories for kayaking. Tools as well. We are in Alva! – We are at River Hall off Palm Beach Blvd. Another fun “explore” drive for all of you! Manatee Park and – special treat – Olga Mall for lunch. A real gem run by two sisters who offer homemade samies and fresh pie! Have you ever been to Olga, Florida? (or Alva?!) PARKING - there is a parking lot one home from the estate sale. Please use this lot. Limited street parking. Because of the home layout we will use the BACK DOOR entrance.
