Nice sale this week, there are fun items. Come see us, come shop ! The sale will be Friday and Saturday, October 12-13, 9:00a.m.-2:p.m., both days. The sale will be
at 52 N. Shamrock Ct., in Lake Jackson.The house faces Shamrock Ct., but the driveway is on
Center Way. We’ll put the sign-up sheet out, around 8:00, on Friday morning, and will begin
calling the first names in, around 8:45. If you’re too scared to sign your name, you’ll have
to wait until all names on the list have been called in.
Please park carefully, do not block driveways, the streets,(Friday is trash day, so the garbage
scow will be lumbering through, as well as buses), or fire hydrants, please. Do NOT park in
the grass, or up on the sidewalks. In Lake Jackson, that’s good for a citation. Just sayin’.
No large purses, back packs, carriers, strollers, or shopping bags will be allowed in the sale
areas. If you decide to not follow this rule, you’re saying it’ll be ok to check those items.
Children MUST stay with parent(s) or handlers, or you may be asked to leave.
We accept credit cards, cash, and approved checks. If you have a resale certificate on file,
please let us know., otherwise, you’ll pay sales tax.
Yes, we DO charge sales tax ! We aren’t your Granny’s garage sale.
Estate Liquidators does not provide loaders, handlers, nor pack mules, for your large purchases.
I want to keep my workers healthy and happy. We’ll be happy to give you the contact
information for a mover.
