Jim Roth and Bill Kosky will be selling antiques, toys and collectibles from the house at 9 a.m. Steve Higgs will be selling tools, car parts, fishing stuff from the garage at 9 A.M. We will be selling this huge estate consisting of

1950 Chevrolet Belair Deluxe, 2 door hard top sedan. It has a 350 engine with only 11,000 miles on it, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning. It is metallic blue with a white top. Absolutely stunning to look at and runs the best. Mrs. Massie is holding a reserve on the car only. Everything else in this auction sell absolute.

Mr. Massie had had every tool know to man and several of some of them. Wood working, mechanical, welding, He could do anything and had the tools to do it with. We will attempt to list some of the tools later but it is just hard to imagine the selection of tools to be offered here!

 Larry was also a vivid collector of antiques and collectibles. He had an eye for value and it shows when go in the house. He has it all. Lots of old cast iron toys, die cast toys, wind up toys, kids western pistols, pocket knives, silver flatware and old money, lots of old jewelry. 2 collectible bicyles and bicycles books, peddle car and peddle car parts, antique car parts. LOWE 16 FT. FLAT BOTTOM ALUM. BOAT O TRAILER W/ 25 HP MERCURY MOTOR, LIVE WELL AND TROLLING MOTOR. THIS IS A NICE BOAT IN GOOD CONDITION.,pickup bed trailer with large tool box on front, really nice single axle homade trailer, 2 or three more old trailers that are ready to pull.(some titled and some not), boat trailer w/ title, Lincoln 225 stick welder, Mig welder, nice wire feed welder, Generac T4000 generator, handicap scooter, 5 rolling tool boxes (all are crammed full at listing, will be empty at auction),  Hydr. cherry picker, large metal press, pipe bender, metal bender, snowblower, power washer, Shop Craft drill press, 5" vice, parts washer,  Sand blaster, 5 hp. Sanborn air compressor, Large budgit chain hoist (buyer will take down), These items are in good working condition.Equipment Mr. Massie was using till he passed.

CARPET LAYING TOOLS Larry layed carpet for a while. His work box is here with all carpet laying tools., 12" Craftsman wood lathe with accessories, wood working tools, machinist tools, hammers, wrenches, anything to do with wood working is here, lots of misc. wood pieces,belt driven table saw, radial arm saw, Delta drill press, table saw, miter boxes, thousands and thousands nuts, bolts and etc neatly put away in large organizer cabinets, Bins full of new nails of all sizes, case of c-clamps, wood planes, Tire changing machine, electric stapler, spiral saw, saws all, rotary tool, Remington model 490 powder actuator, Chilton auto manuals, furniture clamps, concrete mixer, air tools, welding related tools, drills and 1000's of drill bits, pipe wrenches, 3 bench grinders, floor jack, ladders, no way to list all the tools this man had and they are all here. If you like tools don't miss this one !!

BICYCLES AND FISHING EQUIPMENT

Schwinn bike (the one Larry rode at Cat, air horns and all), J.C. Higgins bike in excellent condition, several old bicycle books, the hull of a 1957 ford peddle car and some peddle car parts and etc. The is some old car parts in the attic not out at listing, some emblems and etc for sure. Larry made fishing tackle and bait. There is a room in the basement that is stuffed with related merchandise., hundreds of reels, lots of rods, I am not sure what all is in this room but there is a ton of stuff for the fisherman, There is a bait making machine and a sinker making machine. We will tell you more about this stuff at a later date. Keep watching this site.
