o We are full price all day Friday, and Saturday from 10:00-12:00. Sale will be closed from 12:00 to 1:00 on Saturday, and when doors reopen all but a few select items will be priced at 50% off.
o All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is. We do not provide refunds or allow exchanges.
o Absolutely no trespassing on property. This is a private sale, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the sale at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for accidents.
o Numbers will be given 30 minutes before the sale each day. We will honor a watched list prior, but you must be present 30 minutes prior to receive a number. In the event of a dispute, numbers will be given randomly.
o We are unable to provide help moving and loading, so please plan accordingly. We do have the names of several services for hire.
o Pricing is not available before the sale.
o Offers to purchase will be considered at the end of the first day of sale, between 12:00 and 1:00 on Saturday, and at the close of sale. If your offer is accepted, you will be contacted. Items may be paid for over the phone by credit card and picked up after the close of the sale at a mutually agreed upon time within seventy-two hours of the close of sale.
o We accept cash, and credit and debit cards. Sorry, no checks.
