LOCATION: Hay is located 10-12 Miles Southwest of Wellfleet, NE or 10-12 Miles Northwest of Maywood, NE. Hay must be removed by December 28, 2018.

PAYMENT: Buyer will pay 50% down at the conclusion of the auction based on the price per ton that is bid, number of bales and using a weight of 1300lbs/bale. The balance will be paid when hay is picked up and weighed on a certified scale within 50 miles of the field. Buyer will provide weight tickets to Old West Realty & Auction LLC. Hay must be removed and paid in full by December 28, 2018. All payments must be paid by wire transfer. We will send buyer wiring instructions with invoice at the conclusion of the auction.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 10:00 am CDT at a of 1 lot per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED.

LOAD OUT: Buyer will be responsible for furnishing their own loader and trucking of hay in the field. All hay must be removed by December 28, 2018.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Old West Realty & Auction LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR OLD WEST REALTY & AUCTION SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.

Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture in Curtis, NE is offering 800 bales of CRP up for auction. All bales are estimated to be around 1300lbs each and located 10-12 Miles SW of Wellfleet, NE or 10-12 Miles Northwest of Maywood, NE. Hay will be sold by the ton. There will be 350 bales total in these lots and broken down as follows.
