By registering for this auction you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

All winning bids represent a binding sales contract. As the winning bidder, buyer agrees to pay in full the winning bid price, buyers premium, taxes and any late/storage fees. Buyer agrees to pickup winning items by the pick-up deadline for each auction. Failure to pickup items 7 days past the pickup deadline will result in your purchases being forfeit. Bid Kato Online Auction is not in any way storing your credit card information locally and you agree to not hold Bid Kato Online Auctions liable in any way for any fraudulant charges or lost information.

Some lots have a grading tag of Green, Yellow or Red. These are items from a liquidation truckload and may be seasonal items, shelf pulls or customer returns. Anything labled as Green or Yellow is guaranteed to be functional and has a 48 hour return policy on functionality only. This does not include any cosmetic damage or missing accessories.

All items are being "sold as" is with no warranty or guarantee of accuracy or condition. Descriptions and pictures are provided as a convenience and are not a Substitute for bidders inspection. Bid Kato is not liable for any Discrepancies or errors in the descriptions or pictures. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect any purchases during the scheduled viewing times. Remember this is an auction and just like a live auction you cannot return anything and everything is sold as is. Please inspect before bidding no matter what the descriptions say.

Auction results are not final until Bid Kato verifies there were no technical issues or disuputes. Bid Kato reserves the right to cancel any sale or lot at any time.

A buyers premium of 10% and applicable state sales taxes will be applied to each lot purchased. Please bring reseller certificate or tax exempt certificate if applicable.

Payments Accepted: Cash or Credit Card. A 3% convenience fee will be applied for CC purchases.
All sales are final there are no returns or exchanges. If you feel the item description is inaccurate you may contact Bid Kato with-in 72 hours of the auction close to file a dispute for us to investigate. There is no guarantee of a refund or return. You may contact us in person, if we are closed please call or send an email before the 72 hour deadline.

Buyer is solely responsible for any disassembly, loading & transport of all purchases. Bring assistance if needed. We will have a dolly and carts on-site for customer use if needed.

All items must be picked up by the last scheduled pickup day or storage fees of $5 per day may be applied. Items not picked up by final day may potentially be forfeit and sold to the next highest bidder. If you would like items shipped please call ahead to discuss potential options. Items that are not picked up will be charged a $10 penalty which must be paid to have bidding privilages re-enstated.

Auction bidding is online only and is a "Soft Close" style. The auction will be begin to close at the stated closing time with Item #1 and close in sequence after that. If a bid is placed in the closing minutes, the lot is extended for 3 minutes. This it to keep things fair and avoid "sniping" of items in the closing seconds.

All bids are final and cannot be retracked. If there are any problems bidding please contact Bid Kato immediately.

Buyer accepts full responsiblity for all purchases. Bid Kato will not in any way guarantee working condition of purchases and will not be held liable for the resulting use of any purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to fully test and verify safe working condition before use.

Bid Kato Fall Tool Auction Closing begins Wed November 7th at 7:00PM Inspection Dates: Anytime Bid Kato is open, Tues, Wed, Fri 10am-5:30pm. Thurs. 10am-7pm Pickup: Thurs. Nov 8th 10am to 7pm and Fri. Nov 9th 10am to 5:30pm. Bid Kato Warehouse 777 S. Victory Dr. Mankato MN. All items must be picked up by Nov 9th at 5:30 to avoid late fees or possibly forfeit of items. Items not picked up by the deadline will be subject to a $5 late/storage fee per day. 10% Buyers Premium and Sales Tax will be applied to all items. Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly, loading and transport of all items. For liability reasons, Bid Kato Staff cannot assist. Please bring assistance or tools if needed. Bid Kato does have 2 wheel carts on hand you are welcome to use. If you have special needs please let us know. We will do our best to assist with smaller items. Any large items you will have to bring help. All Items through Bid Kato are local pick up only, we are happy to ship smaller items. Shipping & handeling fees will apply.
