Full Settlement must be made Day of Sale. All purchases must be paid for within one hour of close of auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The City of Memphis reserves the right to add, delete, or alter any item prior to the opening of auction. Auction items left on City of Memphis property after the auction are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Neither Venture Auctions nor the City of Memphis will recognize any claims for theft, damage, or loss once the item has been awarded.

Auctioneer's decision is final and binding on all parties in the event of a dispute. Bidder's acknowledgement of this stipulation and consent to abide by it, and all other terms & conditions of this sale, are implied by bidder's decision to register for and participate in the auction.

Announcements on day of auction take precedence over any printed or previous information.
