INSPECTION: GNC highly recommends you take the time to inspect items you are bidding on. The buyer may come on site for inspection between 10:00am and 7:00pm on Monday, December 3. Any bid placed by a bidder other than the current winning bidder in the last 2 minutes will extend the end time for an individual lot by 2 minutes. GNC highly recommends you take the time to inspect items you are bidding on. All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS." The seller makes no guaranty, warranty or representation expressed or implied as to the quantity, kind, size, quality, weight, contents or description of any of the property or its fitness for any use or purpose whatsoever. PICK UP TERMS: The buyer may come on site for pickup between 10:00am and 5:00pm on Friday, December 7. The buyer is solely responsible for the pickup of all lots purchased at his/her own expense during the specified pickup time frame. Failure to pick up the items in the specified time window will result in a forfeiture of the items without refund. The seller is not required for any reason to provide an alternative time, location, or method of pickup. If an item is unable to be found during the pickup period, the buyer must immediately make this known to the seller's auction staff. If the item cannot be found, a refund will be given. No refund requests made after the completion of the pickup will be honored. LATE PICK UP: DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF LATE PICK UPS, A "LATE PICK UP FEE" OF $10 PER AUCTION OR $5 PER ITEM, WHICH EVER IS GREATER. This fee will not be charged if you call prior to the pick up day to make arrangements and you pick your items up within 5 days. You must call before the pick up day to avoid this fee.
