There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to the purchase price of any unit selling under $500. There will be a $100 cleanout deposit charged for each unit purchased. Deposit will be returned after management has inspected the empty locker. All buyers must register in the office prior to start time of the auction. Registration closes at auction start time. All purchases are to be paid in full with CASH on the day of the sale Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously printed material. |
