-ALL SALES are FINAL, we of this company sell everything AS-IS and WHERE IS. It is the BIDDERS responsibility to examine the wares (merchandise) during the preview/ examination period. -Any REFUNDS for MERCHANDISE WILL BE under decision BY the AUCTIONEER. -CONSIGNED wares (Merchandise): The BIDDER hereby AGREES that they are RESPONSIBLE for the MERCHANDISE, and ownership is emanated to the BIDDER the second the AUCTIONEER says "SOLD". -Lugo's Estate Auctions is not responsible of any injury or accident on property. -Types of payments: we are able to take Cash or Card (Debit or Credit) however, CHECKS are only accepted from established customers who are approved by Auctioneer. -TAX EXPEMTION DEALERS: to be tax exempt, you must bring a copy of your ARIZONA RESALE LICENSE for us to keep on file, as well as complete and sign ARIZONA FORM 5000 A. -Lugo's Estate Auctions: All auction attendees agree to any Photography and Video that is released for business/promotional purposes. |
