Don't miss this awesome sale on the Ocean in Atlantic Beach! Sale is on Friday and Saturday, January 11th and 12th. We will be open from 9am to 4pm on Friday and from 9am to 3pm on Saturday. Signup sheet will be posted by 5pm on January 10th. We will be pre-selling many things due to the nature of this sale. You must call to make an appointment to view before the sale date. The house is being torn down to have a new one built, so we are selling everything possible that can be removed safely! Some things can be removed during the sale, but many things will have to be removed after the sale is complete between Sunday and Wednesday, January 16th. This will have to be arranged with Emerald and you will be at your own risk while on the property and removing anything. We suggest hiring a professional to remove certain items. No refunds will be given if the items you purchase are damaged during removal. This property is not handicap accessible.
