Everyone starts at the same time. No one sees or buys before 8:00 a.m. each day.
All items sold as is. No returns or exchanges. Major credit cards and cash accepted. No checks. Sales Tax will be added at check out, unless you leave us a copy of your tax exempt certificate. Some boxes and packing materials are available - while they last. It's a good idea to bring your own. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Bring help to move and load. Or arrange with us to come back with help. If you can't find some one to move it, don't buy it. No refunds. All purchases must be removed from the property by the end of the sale (Saturday) or they will be forfeited.
