Auction Terms & Conditions By attending and/or participating in this auction, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any additional or modified terms or conditions announced by the auctioneer. Please note a 13% Buyers Premium is in effect with a 3% Cash discount. $10.00 Shipping/Handling Fee per Box $10.00 a day storage fee Identification/ Registration - Bidders must be 18 years of age. All bidders are required to have a bidder's number provided by Webb Auction Company. This is an ONLINE ONLY Estate Auction with Pick up located at the Estate Location. Estate is located in Palmer near the Maud Rd. area. Exact Pick up address and further pick instructions will be released to winning buyers following the close of the auction. Please note the scheduled pick up times. Online Auction is a Soft and Staggered Closing: The online auction closes one lot at a time. This feature will close the bidding on intervals. This feature works great with the auto-extend feature to closely emulate a 'live' auction. If a bid is placed in the last minutes for the item closes it extends it out another minute. Auction Close: Auction will start to Close Thursday December 20th at 10am (Auction should end approx. 1pm with invoices to follow. This time is subject to change depending on number of lots) Pick Up Times: Friday: December 21st 11-6pm, Saturday 10-5pm for general items with the exception of the connex and motorhome. Connex will need to be scheduled to pick up sometime between Monday 24th - Dec 29th (We understand that this falls over Christmas and will work with Buyer for pickup arrangements) Motorhome cannot be moved until the connex is moved we will also work with buyer on these pick up arrangements. ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITH IN PICK UP TIME FRAME . EXACT PICKUP ADDRESS WILL BE SHARED WITH WINNING BIDDERS WHEN THE AUCTION ENDS (AUCTION PICK UP IS THE PALMER - MAUD RD AREA) AND IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO DO SO. We appreciate all of our bidders both local and out of the area but we are an auction company and not a storage facility. If items are not collected or shipping is not arranged by end of designated pick up times, items are at risk of being disposed of or donated to charity and the purchaser will lose their money that they bid on the item. If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a $10 per day storage fee may be applied per lot. If we have not received any form of communication or direction from the buyer on when they will collect their winning lots items will be stored for 5 days time then donated to a local charity of our choice or resold for storage expenses. During this time we offer a 3% discount for cash off THE BUYERS PREMIUM ONLY. A $5.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined if asked to bill credit card on file. In no event shall Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.is providing Internet auction bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the timed online auction. Webb Auction & Appraisal LLC.will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the website feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends.
