-Due to rain, you'll be asked to remove shoes and wet coats in the garage before entering the house. There is a coat rack and a bucket for your umbrellas. NO umbrellas in the house.

-Those who purchase larger items will need to arrange for professional moving help to pickup after the sale ends, no later than Tuesday, Dec 18.

-Please respect the neighbors and do not block driveways when parking.

-Homeowners ARE NOT responsible for any accident or injury while on the property.

-Any damage done to the property (walls & floors, esp) will be the financial responsibility of the individual who caused the damage.
