Payment
Successful bidders must contact Hallberg Auction within 24 hours after receiving their invoice to confirm their method of payment.

Payment must be received within 7 days after the conclusion of the auction.

If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 14 days after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys.

Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Hallberg Auction.

Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed within 3 weeks of the conclusion of the auction, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
Returned Check Fees
A fee of $35.00 will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions. Be sure you are capable of paying immediately after the conclusion of the auction and realize your bids are not conditional upon financing.
