Join everyone with Hickory Hill Auctions and Estate Sales for a two day ESTATE SALE to be held onsite in downtown Madison, Florida as we sell off the contents of the home, allowing the property to be placed for sale on the real estate market. This sale will include but not limited to beautiful artwork, bedroom sets, dining room table and china cabinet, patio furniture, University of Florida memorabilia, cobalt glass, pottery, hand tools, sofas, and much more.  The ESTATE SALE will start promptly Friday February 1st at 9:00am.  No early bids and no early shopping.  Pictures will continue to be posted up until the day of the ESTATE SALE.  Due to the size of the rooms in the house and the multitude of small breakable items displayed we will be limiting the amount of people in the house at one time.   We are required to charge state sales tax. If you are tax exempt please be prepared to provide current tax exempt certificate. All sales are as is with no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. All items must be removed by the last day of the sale. We do offer reasonably priced delivery service for larger items if interested. Please respect the neighbors and do not park on their lawns, driveways or near mailboxes. We will be accepting cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express with picture ID.
