All are welcome to our estate sales. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING CASH AND CHECKS ONLY AT THIS SALE - NO CELL SERVICE, SORRY! All sales are final, as is, and no refunds. We ask that you take your items with you at time of purchase or make arrangements with us if too large to take immediately. We use a number system on the first morning to allow those who waited the longest to come in first, and allow more to enter every few minutes depending on available space.

Super Duper Entire House Living Estate Sale in south hills, of Charleston, West Virginia. This sale is sure to please with its beautiful furniture, tools, housewares, stereo equipment & more! DIRECTIONS: From I-64 (Following Brown Directions Signs Toward Kanawha State Forest) Take 119 South (Corridor G), and left at light for Oakwood Road. Pass Overbrook Elementary & turn left at intersection on hill to continue on Oakwood Road. Just after Elizabeth Memorial UMC, turn right onto Bridge Road. Approximately 1/2 mile (Near Log Cabin Houses), Stop at Louden Heights Road and continue Straight on Louden Heights. In about 1 block, turn right onto Connell Road. Travel approximately 1 mile on Connell Road (Passing Jamestown, Morningside & Colonial Way). Turn Left Onto Mount Vernon Road. Turn right on first street to Continue on Mount Vernon Road. (Montclair Subdivision) House is almost near the end of the road. PARKING: There is lots of parking for this home as the road is quite expansive. |
