PLEASE NOTE: All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they
have read and fully understand these terms and agree to them.

1. IDENTIFICATION - All purchasers are required to have a Bidder's Number
to bid, registering with name, current address, and positive identification.
2. BID NUMBERS - Please show your number to the Clerk after each purchase
to eliminate possible error.
3. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS - The decision of the Auctioneer shall be
final and absolute.
4. AS IS - Each item is sold "AS IS". Purchaser should satisfy himself/herself
as to condition, age, quality and description before bidding. No claims will be
allowed.
5. RESPONSIBILITY - Purchaser assumes complete responsibility for items
at time the Auctioneer says "Sold."
6. PAYMENT - Complete payment in full required on Auction Day w/ cash,
check accompanied by proper identification.
7. RECORDS - The record of sale kept by Auctioneer and Clerk will be taken
as FINAL in the event of any dispute.
8. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK - Persons attending during exhibition,
sale, or removal of goods asuume all risk of damage of or loss to personal
property and specifically release the Auctioneer from liability therefore.
Neither the Auctioneer nor his principal shall be liable by reason of any
defect in or condition of, the premises on which the sale is held.
9. AGENCY - The Auctioneer is acting as agent for the SELLER ONLY and
is not responsible for statements made by other parties.

Please keep this Buyer's Card in your possesion at all times during this auction.
It is your credit card for this auction and you assume all responsibility of it.
