Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.

***Please be aware that we do not ship*** Buyers are responsible for pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time. If you can not make it to pay and pickup during designated time, DO NOT BID

Buyers are responsible for loading, bring help for the heavy stuff. Auction staff does not load.

Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.

All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Payment: Although you are required to register with a credit card, we do not accept credit cards for payment. Pay for your merchandise with cash or good check at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. If you cannot pick up during the designated pick up time, do not bid.

Shipping: We do not ship. Buyer is responsible for pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time.

Household, collectables, vehichles, tools & equipment Pay and Pickup schedule change 100% chance of rain all day Fri. - Researching the forecast shows it to slack off late Fri afternoon and sunshine all day on Sunday We will be at the auction site Friday afternoon Feb 22nd from 2pm til 5:30pm then Sunday Feb 24th from 10am til 4pm So, if you have just one or a few small items you can carry in the cab of your car or truck or enclosed trailer then come pay and pick up Friday to insure the safety of your items and enjoy less traffic in the driveway. If you buy large items and will be hauling in an open trailer or truck then come Sunday. If you are bidding on portable buildings, please come pay for them Fri or Sunday but wait until later when there is less traffic and the ground firms up to move them. Please don't rut up the yard. If you buy a carport, please pay for it Friday or Sunday, you may move it as soon as possible as both carports are on solid ground. Carport # 225 sits well away from the house and off the main driveway. You could back a trailer up to this carport and not be in the way of others while pay and pickup is in progress. So pick this one up anytime after its paid for. Carport # 226 sits next to the driveway near the house so you will have solid ground to park BUT all other buyers will need to use the same driveway space so, please wait until there is no traffic to pick up this carport. Also this carport will have to be moved before the lot# 227 the 16x32 portable building can be moved. So, please wait until no traffic but as soon as possible after that. Lot# 227 the 16x32 portable building- Please pay for Friday or Sunday but will have to wait until the carport #226 is moved. Lot#224 the 16x10 portable building with add on shed - Please pay for Friday or Sunday but you must wait until the ground firms up to move it. It sits near carport # 225 but is off the main drive on soft, wet dirt. Lot# 59 Billiards table. Please pay for Friday or Sunday. Preferably, move it Sunday, but you may take additional time to remove it, particularly if you plan to hire a professional moving company, but you will need to make arrangements to get a key to the recreation room. Go ahead and bid on the complete bedroom suite and all the sofas!
