Listing Information

A fun sale this week !  We have a real variety of items, throughout the home.

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, February 22-23, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days.  Sale address is 700 Moore, in RICHWOOD.
If you turn (south), at the light, on 2004, near Our Lady Queen of Peace School, the second stop sign will be at Moore. Take a right,
and the home will be on your right. Be careful, there’s a LOT of new home construction in the area. We can only put signs out, on the
actual property,(be warned, soap box rant !  it’s certainly aggravating, when a city, like Richwood or Lake Jackson, say we
aren’t allowed to put our signs out, which stay up for TWO DAYS, and yet, there are realtors signs, home for sale signs, homemade garage
sale signs, and little league signs, that stay up for weeks, with apparently no punishment-don’t get me started….. I’m happy to say that
Angleton appears to be the ONLY great city in the area, who actually appreciates the fact that we do put up and remove our signs, in a
timely manner), so if you need extra help in finding us, just call.

Please don’t block the streets, driveways, or fire hydrants.

There will be no children allowed, in the sale areas, please.

No large purses, back packs, carriers, etc. will be allowed in the sale areas, please. These could be subject to search.

We do accept credit cards, approved checks, and cash.

Large or bulky items with two-parts, can be left where they are, just tear the BOTTOM HALF of the tag off, for check out. If you change
your mind, please find an EL worker,(we’re the ones wearing shirts that say”Estate Liquidators” on them, front and back…..What a concept),
and give them the tag, so it can be reattached to the item.

Estate Liquidators DOES NOT provide movers, haulers, nor pack mules for your large or heavy items. You need to make arrangements
to have your purchases moved. We can also provide the name/number of a very reliable local moving company.

Items in the sale include, but are certainly not limited to:
