Our Swiss Avenue sale is in an overwhelmingly beautiful home, a true estate, whose owners are downsizing.  We are offering a spectacular array of furniture, crystal, décor, fashion, and collectibles including a trove of autographed scripts from Hollywood dramas, sitcoms and movies.  This is a two-day sale with doors opening at 9am Friday…we have longer hours on both Friday and Saturday so you can come later than usual.  Note that our client is hosting a small, private group of neighbors Thursday evening.  There may be some items sold that night and, if so, we will mark the picture of the item with a “sold” banner on EstateSale.com.  If you are interested in a particular item please check the photos on Thursday night to make sure the item was not sold.  Finally, the house sits on the corner of Swiss Avenue and Dumas St., and the sale entrance is on Dumas.  Come see Mark, Billie and the team…they will be ready and waiting to host you!
