There will be street parking in this exclusive neighborhood. Please do not block neighbors driveways and/or mailboxes, and pleeeeeeeese do not park in the anyone's grass. With all the rain we have had, it will cause ruts. PLEASE STAY ON THE PAVEMENT !!!
Just FYI: We have very spotty (at best) cell reception here at our Denton estate, so please be prepared to pay with (or go get) CASH if we are unable to run a credit card at time of purchace....which is very likely. We will be glad to hold items for 30 minutes if you need to run to an ATM, bank, etc.... We ALWAYS try our best to make our sales fun, and provide you with the best estate sale shopping experience...but this issue is out of our control.
