Online only auction of single storage unit in Hendersonville, NC. All items are photographed from front of open door. Please bid accordingly as unit is sold as is, where is. The following bidding rules apply: 1) The online auction will follow all NC lien laws for storage unit auctions; 2) Auction firm has the right to cancel, postpone, or pull any unit at anytime; 3) Unit must be cleaned out 48 hours from time of end of auction; 4) A 15% buyers premium will be added to end bid total of unit; 5) A $50 cash cleaning deposit will be paid prior to unit being opened for removal. Unit must be cleaned entirely and broom swept. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of cleaning deposit; 6) Onsite facility dumpsters are not available for use by bidder and can not be used for waste removal; 7) Paypal, Cash, credit, or debit card are only means accepted for payment.
