Estate home is situated on 4.45 acres with a pond and swimming pool.  Elaborate ranch style home with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a dining room, den, living room, study and huge kitchen.  2 car garage with extra 4 car garage, a large shop, a large storage room, and a massive bonus room upstairs over garage as well as a large bonus room on second floor of home. Fenced all around; beautifully landscaped and welll maintained.  I saw 12-15 deer in the west lot on Sunday. Home packed full of antique furniture and decor.  Clients were antique dealers in the Memphis area for many years. Overwhelming sale!

When parking, please avoid the grass medians in front of the neighbors' homes as much as possible. We only have a single driveway into the estate; thus, customers will have bottlenecks on picking up items. Access for pickups must be supervised by my employees and coordinated accordingly. Please do not block or park in driveway or near entrance.       We will have over a dozen shopping carts for customers to move their items to theirs cars. We ask that customers return them to the front of the estate home or park by entrance into estate so that other customers can help bring them back to the front door area. We would like to maintain driveway traffic for primarily furniture. Please bring help if possible to pick up furniture and do pull into driveway entrance without notifying an employee.  Onsite estate sale manager, David McCollum, can receive texts about items in the sale and prices through the weekend. Be patient with his response time.
