Harmeyer Auction & Appraisal Co., LLC. has the right to terminate the auction at any time; withdrawal from sale of any item; to sell at this auction items not listed; to group one of more lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide into two lots or more selling lots. The auction company also reserves the right to sell all of the items listed in bulk.
Payment: a) All payments will be required to be paid for with the credit card on file after auction is complete. b) Buyer's Premium is 13% Online c) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card. d) No items will be removed until they have been paid for. Purchaser is responsible for removal of all purchased goods. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. All abandoned items will be sold for storage and moving fees. Items must be picked up on March 2nd!! 1 Mid century modern stool brass metal frame with black velvet upholstery accented with tassels. Tufted seat back and seat. Metal is mostly smooth with minimal pitting. 13 inches in diameter with adjustable height. 2 Mid century modern vanity and mirror dark solid wood dressing vanity measuring 51x18x26 without mirror. Mirror measures 40x38. Has a few dings and scratches but overall a nice piece 3 Hardwood low back seat mid century modern design by Mengel Company Louisville Ky. Upholstered seat is turquoise blue and tan print. Seat measures 22x15x17 tall. The back extends 5 inches above seat. 5 3 braided rugs colors of grey-blue, tan and cream. Very clean rugs!! Two measure 52x32 and one is 31x20. 6 Oak veneer magazine rack side table measures 24x15 oval top and 23 tall. Has a hole in the top for lamp cord. 7 Two lithograph prints by Rico Tomaso each measures 27x13. 9 Solid Maple washstand measures 32x17x28 and 35 to top of backsplash. it is on casters and has ornate flower carvings. Three drawers and one door. Door is missing handle. Very few blemishes on this piece. Matches lot 10. 10 Solid maple dresser with mirror measures 43x20x33. Mirror is 34x40. Mirror is beveled tilts. Floral carvings on three drawers with locks , but no keys. Side trim piece is loose and one scratch on the middle drawer.
