NEW- WE ARE LISTING AS ITEMS WITH AN ASTERISK. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLILTY TO READ ALL OF THE DESCRIPTION. ITEMS LISTED WITH AN ASTERISK ARE AS IS.
IF YOU BUY SOMETHING THAT IS BROKEN OR NOT WORKING AND WE LISTED AS UNDAMAGED
YOU HAVE 3 DAYS TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS FOR A CASH REFUND AFTER 3 DAYS AND WE CAN ONLY OFFER CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER SALE.. IF LISTED WITH A DEFECT YOU ARE BUYING AS IS. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION FOR CONDITION OF ITEM. IF THE ITEM IS LISTED AS DEFECTIVE THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON THAT ITEM.
STOCK PHOTOS ARE USED AS A REPRESENTATON OF THE ITEM, NOT TO FOOL OR DECEIVE.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE ASSIGNED PICKUP DAYS UNLESS YOU CALL AND MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. WE ARE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU.
ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE RELISTED AND NON PAYING BIDDERS MAY BE BANNED AT OUR DISCRETION. A SIMPLE PHONE CALL IS ALL WE REQUEST.

STAGGER CLOSE FORMAT
What is STAGGERED CLOSE? The lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot.
What is a SOFT CLOSE? If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 3 minutes before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 3 minutes. This will continue until a full 3 minutes pass without a new bid on that lot.
. NorCal Storage and Estate Liquidators. will do our best to describe each lot, good or bad, and give you the information the consignor gives us in describing the items. However, it is up to THE buyer to determine the condition of the lot they are bidding on. NorCal Storage and Estate Liquidators assumes no responsibility in the accuracy of the descriptions. If there is an obvious and blatant miss-step on our part we will work with the buyer the best we can otherwise:

WE ARE EASY TO DEAL WITH, GIVE US A CALL IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PAY OR PICKUP YOUR ITEMS, WE WILL WORK WITH YOU
WE WILL ACCEPT CASH OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS AT TIME OF PICK UP.
AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL WITH THE AMOUNT DUE
.REMEMBER YOUR BID IS A BINDING CONTRACT.
NON PAYERS MAY BE BANNED FROM BIDDING ON FUTURE AUCITONS

An invoice for the items you purchased will be sent to your email address. Please check your filter settings or check your junk mail as the invoice may go there.. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you at the time of pickup.
TAXES AND BUYER's PREMIUM:
Applicable sales tax and a 11% Buyer's Premium will be added to each item purchased. The buyers premium becomes part of the total purchase price and is considered taxable by the state of California
By using our site you agree to hold norcal storage and estate liquidators, backroomauctions and its agents harmless of any injury or harm that may stem from any of the items we sell
