All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Items defaulted upon, or in the rare case a return is accepted, are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Clark County Public Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark County Public Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. If you have any specific questions about an item, please call 702-399-1700 during regular business hours (PST) before the auction begins. Payment Instructions: BUYERS PREMIUM: Internet Buyers Premium for On-Line bidders will be 15% (DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $25 processing fee to run another credit card--NO EXCEPTIONS!) Your credit card used to register for this auction will be used for payment. All buyers will be charged Nevada tax of 8.25%. You will receive an invoice amount within 24 hours of auction end time.
