All items are sold as-is, where is. Once items are bought it is your responsibility as the buyer to take care of your merchandise. L.R.S. Service and Employees are not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of merchandise. There is a 10% buyers fee on top of sales tax for everything bought. Payment is to be made the day of the sale and all sales are FINAL! All merchandise must be picked up no later than 4pm Mondays after Monday there is a $5.00 per day storage fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!! After 3 days you forfit your purchase and if not paid in full we will not take any more bids untill payment is paid in full. We accept Cash, Checks (we are subjected to charge a fee for any check of insufficient funds) and Major Credit Cards. (4 PERCENT PROCESSING FEE ON ALL CREDIT CARDS)
