Really packed house, for this week’s sale ! Much more than you can begin to imagine !

 

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, February 15-16, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. The address is 475 S. Amherst, in Columbia Lakes, outside of West Columbia. Amherst is a “U” shaped street, Off Olympia, which is off Freeman, (the Main Street you’ll come in on),  if you 

miss South Amherst, don’t worry, North Amherst is the next street. The sale home is where North and South Amherst meet. PLEASE do not block driveways, nor the street, since the home is in a curve. We want to see all of your happy faces, 

don’t wear your cranky pants, please.

 

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00a.m., on Friday morning. We’ll start calling the first names from the list, around 8:45. 

 

THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE HOME, PLEASE.

 

NO LARGE PURSES, BACK PACKS, CARRIERS, ETC., WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREA.

 

We accept credit cards, approved checks, and cash. If you know your account won’t cover your check, don’t write one, or go write it 

somewhere else.  Our returned check fee is $60.00. 

 

ESTATE LIQUIDATORS DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, CARRIERS, NOR PACK MULES, FOR YOUR LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS.  

You need to make arrangements to have your items moved. We can provide the name/number of local movers.

Large, heavy, or bulky items will have two-part, perforated tags on them. If you want to purchase an item, take the BOTTOM half of 

the tag off, and keep it to take to check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL worker,(remember, we’re the ones wearing 

shirts that have “Estate Liquidators” printed on them-what a concept, eh ?), and give them the tag, so they can reattach it to the item.

Yes, we charge sales tax, we’re a real business, not your granny’s garage sale.
