This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

Just a quick note to everyone regarding the LA Marathon on Sunday. We don't want the marathon to deter any of you from coming to this incredible sale. Holmby Hills and Westwood are accessable via the 405. Here is the link to the course map for further details of which roads will be closed.
Google maps is always a good source for navigating around the LA Marathon road closures.

Description: This is a once in a lifetime estate sale. This estate was originally built in 1939 by noted Los Angeles architect/builder Albert Rothenberg and was featured in the first Westwood Chamber of Commerce Directory. Little Holmby is one of LA's most sought-after neighborhoods, tucked next to lavish Holmby Hills. The estate is decorated with stunning and immaculate furnishings. * Handbags are not allowed in the sale. * Sales Tax is charged on all purchases. * Bring packing material as this runs out quickly. *We will have an early bird sign-up sheet available from 5pm on Friday, March 22nd for those who wish to reserve their place in the opening line. *Adding your name to the sign-up sheet is not required to enter our sales, just a courtesy to anyone choosing to avoid the opening rush.
