This is an online only auction.

All bidders must register for a username and password. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password. The bidder is responsible for all activity that occurs using their username and password.

All bidders must be at least 18 years of age.

All bidders must read and agree to the terms and conditions of this auction.

All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.

The auction will end using a slow close. The items will begin to close every 20 seconds. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of auction close the time will extend out 2 minutes. This will prevent sniping.

Bidders may enter their maximum bid amount and the system will automatically bid for you starting at the lowest bid increment and continue in bid increments until your maximum bid has been reached, at that time you will need to bid again.

Payment may be made with cash, check with 2 forms of ID, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. All credit card payments will be charged a 4% convenience fee. Once an item has been picked up or shipped no refunds or charge backs will be granted.

Indiana state sales tax of 7% will be charged and collected on all purchases. For sales tax exemption: a current ST-105 form must be provided by bidder.

A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged.

Local Pick Up is preferred. Removal of items from The Consignment Barn building located at 1625 Killion Ave. Seymour, IN 47274 during scheduled pick up times only. If shipping is desired, please call 812-498-2871 to make arrangements before the close of scheduled pick up times. Shipping is at buyer's expense. Buyer will be invoiced for actual shipping costs that must be paid before item is shipped. All items not picked up or shipping arrangements made prior to close of scheduled pick up times will be subject to resale.

Your bidding privileges will be revoked, if you fail to pay for an item or pick up items. Bidding privileges may be reinstated once a valid credit card is on file that will be charged for purchases immediately at close of online auction.

At pick up, the buyer will be responsible for packing their items, so please bring packing supplies. Also, bring loading help for larger items.
