TERMS OF SALE: All payments will be made automatically at the close of auction via the credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) on file. For cash payments special arrangement can be made please contact our office for instructions.

All bidders must have their purchases paid for and removed within 48 hours after close of auction at the set pick up location.

All items must be picked up within 2 days of the close of auction to avoid a restocking fee of $20.

Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

RETURN POLICY:
All auctions are final. No returns are accepted and buyer understands that winning bid is final and all products are sold in "as is" condition. Vegas Liquidators makes every attempt to list each item with accurate descriptions to the best of our knowledge at the time of listing. Absolutely no refunds will be given as per our terms and conditions and all winning bids and bidders understand fully prior to auction and at close of auction.
