Everything is sold AS-IS, No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties. The homeowners and VCS Estate Services are NOT responsible for any accidents or personal injury inside or outside the property. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of the household for crowd control and we reserve the right to ask anyone being disruptive or disrespectful to leave the premise.
