Upon Purchasing furniture, you must move it on your own. If assistance is needed we are able to recommend a moving company to help you with anything heavy you need to move. There is also no delivery available by Estate Sales by Perla. You will also be responsible for any and all damage caused to the home or property. While cash is preferred we do take credit and debit cards for purchases over $10.00 We reserve the right to limit, remove, or restrict anyone from the home.
