REMOVAL ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE DONE TUESDAY ONCE UNIT IS PAID IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS TO BE PICKED UP WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3rd BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00AM-4:00PM.

ADDITIONAL TO TOTAL DUE FOR UNIT, A 250.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED. ONCE THE ENTIRE UNIT IS PICKED UP, EMPTY AND NO DAMAGE HAS BEEN DONE TO UNIT, $250.00 DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMOVING ALL ITEMS AND RESPONSIBLE TO ANY DAMAGE MADE TO PROPERTY.

All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.

Items defaulted upon, or in the rare case a return is accepted, are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Clark County Public Auction may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Clark County Public Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
