Then you will receive an email requesting that you provide a proof of funds showing you have sufficient funds to cover the required earnest money deposit, along with instructions on how to submit it. Once your proof of funds is received and approved, you will receive a second email indicating that you are enabled, with your bidder number and further instruction. EARNEST MONEY REQUIREMENT: Winning online bidders must deliver earnest money via wire transfer or cashier’s check to First American Title Insurance Company immediately following the auction, in the amount of $10,000 per Parcel. Balance to be paid in full at closing on our before Tuesday, June 4, 2019. TITLE: A guaranteed certificate of title will be provided at Seller’s expense giving marketable title subject to existing easements and restrictions. The Escrow Agent will be First American Title Insurance Company; 3521 Briarfield Boulevard, Suite A, Maumee, Ohio 43537; Office: 419-866-3600. DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE: A bidder’s packet will be available online and will include Purchase Agreement, Agency Disclosure, and a Non Refundable Deposit Agreement.
