TERMS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION: A 10% Buyer's Premium is added to the final bid to arrive at the final price. PAYMENT: Cash, check, or credit cards and invoices through PayPal requiring an additional 3% processing fee, at the Auction or upon receipt of the final invoice. Items bought and paid for may be removed up until 5:00 PM the day of the Sale. The property will also be open Monday, April 29th from 11 until 4 PM, and Tuesday, April 30th from 11 AM until 4 PM. For all other Buyers, contact the Auctioneer to make mutually agreeable arrangements for items to be removed by the Buyer or by the Buyer's authorized Agent. A "Paid" invoice or ticket, or copy authorized by the Buyer must be presented by anyone picking items up.
