Item Pick-Up / Removal: Auction Day or By Appointment
It you are unable to pick up your winnings this day and are unable to arrange for someone else to pick them up for you - do NOT bid.

Valid ID required (and credit card for online bidding when applicable) to register.

All items sold "as-is, where-is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Item quality, condition and all other information regarding items were described to us by seller. No warranty or guarantee, actual or implied, regardless of information or description. See item description and photos before bidding. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it, but will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase.

The Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Tim Narhi Auctioneer and Associates LLC is not responsible for accidents or items after sold.

Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC is providing online bidding, where applicable, as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC or anyone else if the service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to bid, in case there is an error with the bidding service. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items as they deem necessary, and reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
Some photos may be duplicates showing various angles of the same item(s).

Buyers will be responsible for removal of their own purchases. All items MUST be removed or they may be subject to storage fees of $5 per item per day, up to item value, at which point item is forfeit without refund.

Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. NO lots with liquid product will be shipped - these lots must be picked up on site.

Please check with our office for shipping information before placing any bids. All coordinated shipments will ship USPS unless otherwise noted.

Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.

Firearm Purchases: Michigan residents' only, local pickup only. Purchaser must provide proper ID and fill out proper paperwork in order to pick up their firearm on the aforementioned pick up date. Firearms are sold as is, where is, with all faults and no guarantee of functionality. We recommend that purchasers have firearms inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use.
