What a great sale we have this week ! The house is packed, cool patio items, and more. If you haven’t found that perfect piece of jewelry to go with your Easter outfit, fear not, we may have just what you need !
The sale will be held at 225 Wedgwood, in Lake Jackson, April 19-20, 8:00a.m.-2:00p.m., both days. Wedgwood
is off Banyan, which is off N. Yaupon.
Parking is going to be interesting, to say the least. PLEASE do not block driveways, or impede traffic. Lake
Jackson officers have sharpened their writing sticks, and citations could happen. Just sayin’…
The sign-up sheet will be out around 8:a.m., Friday morning, and the first names will be called in around 8:45.
There will be no children allowed in the home, please.
NO large or bulky purses, bags, back packs, strollers, etc., will be allowed in the sale areas.
We are excited to announce that we will now be accepting SQUARE INSTALLMENTS,
along with our regular credit card pay. If you buy something that is more than you
want to put on your credit card, Square offers the ability to finance up to $10,000.00.
You apply online, at the sale, and will know quickly whether or not this is an option for you !
Large, or bulky items will be sporting two part tags. If you wish to purchase an item, please take only the bottom
half of the tag, and keep it with you until you’re ready to check out. If you change your mind, please find an EL
worker,(we’re the ones in the shirts that say “Estate Liquidators” on them,(is that a great thing, or what ?), and
give them the tag, so they can reattach it.
Estate Liquidators does NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, OR PACK MULES. You need to make arrangements
to have your items moved. We can also give you the name of an awesome local moving company.

We have some pretty exciting sales coming up in the next few months, lots of interesting Mid Century items in
Freeport and Lake Jackson sales, a gorgeous vintage white baby grand piano, and, apparently I was dazzled
by the furnishings, because we’re doing a great sale in Ft. Bend County, with a Damon address.
