The workshop will be sold as one complete unit. It will be all-inclusive, you will be buying all equipment in the room for the high bid. Exception is that shop equipment must remain in shop until March 1st.

All the warehouse shelving in the entire building will also be sold as one lot with pick-up being March 1st.

New battery, tires aired up box truck ready to go. 2 semi trailers and contents of them as a lot.

Furniture, Carpet, Office supplies, antiques, fireplace mantles, prints, artwork, industrial supplies, linens, draperies, tons of merchandise.

There are reserves in this auction, it is not an absolute auction. However, all needs to go. There is a 10% buyers premium and 3% additional if paying by credit card. Montgomery sales tax of 10% also applies to this auction unless you bring a hard copy of your sales tax exemption. All items other than warehouse shelving and shop equipment must be picked up day of auction. Bring your trailers and your help, auction staff will not be able to assist loading. There will be items in the building that are not for sale but they will be clearly marked. All items available sale day take precedent over any and all advertisements, all available items will be final by 1:00 p.m. auction time. Some pictured items may or may not be part of this sale and there may be additional items not pictured.
