This couple has made their home in this beautiful modern house for 20 years, and they have really made it their own! From the bronze egret fountain out front to the bronze elephant statues on the back porch, with all the personal touches in between, this house has a little something for everyone -- all with the personal touch of two very artistic people. They are moving into a much smaller home and find it necessary to significantly downsize. Furniture is not the main focus of this house. There are many interesting small tables, plant stands, chairs and stools, as well as a small sectional sofa and a chocolate velvet sofa. The best item of furniture is a beautiful gaming table hand-built by the gentleman of the house, an accomplished woodworker. It comes with four chairs. There are many items of decor including vases, urns, wall hangings ranging from metal to glass to even the macrame owl that started the lady of the house into a lifetime of crafting. Outside, you will find a wide array of decor as well. The lady of the house has decided to offer many of her large, healthy plants for sale to good homes. There is a respectable rock record collection. Two merry-go-round horses. Exercise equipment including a weight set, treadmill, exercise bike and cross-country skiing machine. Compost bin. Holiday decorations for every season, including an extensive collection of Department 56 buildings and accessories. Everyday dishes and holiday dishes. A wide array of items for entertaining, from large cookware and kitchen machines to a vintage fondue pot. A massive collection of cookbooks. A wide variety of crafting supplies, enough to take over the entire living room without even unpacking the bins. Costume jewelry, handbags, footwear, and one fur coat.
