Listing Information

Of course this house has furniture: Grandfather clock, dining room set, kitchenette, mid-mod wrought iron patio set, furniture for three bedrooms, and a great deal of antique furniture stored in the basement, which we have yet to go through and photograph. This includes a vintage drafting table, a lyre-base coffee table, and a cabinet Victrola.

There's china and vintage stoneware, and plenty of crystal including two pairs of Waterford goblets.

Packed up in boxes for us to go through and photograph are many collectible dolls and plush toys, as well as vintage hats, handbags and footwear.

But the main attraction in this house is the impressive array of vintage electronics that simply packs this basement -- the kind of electronics that are so old, their purpose is not always immediately obvious. Some of it is old ham radio, and some is old audio including a TEAC reel-to-reel player, but watch this space for details as we research some of the more esoteric pieces. And of course, the gentleman of the house stocked up on spare tubes and other parts!

Also in the basement you will find a number of large 1960s cars and trucks, as well as several vintage Lionel train cars, a transformer and some accessories.

The garage is so packed it's hard to see exactly what's in there, but on our first visit, we observed a generator, snowblower, backback leaf blower, push-fan leaf blower, compressor, a number of small power tools and much more!
