6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.
ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.
Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways, early birds - please remember weekends are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
Bring vehicles & help to load/haul large and heavy items. Our merchandise is like new, yet since our prices are a fraction of brand new - you must haul your own purchases. If you need free delivery you will have to buy new at a furniture store.
Bring boxes and wrapping paper for fragile items - we will supply as much as possible but often run low.
#s for folks who want first entry at 9am are available approximately 1 hour before sale. Once we have been open a few minutes, you DO NOT need a # to enter the sale - just come in and shop.
